Who we are

Coccolicious is run by Cocco & Co. Ltd, based in Helsinki, Finland. For anything about your data, write to carina@coccolicious.com, a human (Carina) reads it.

What we collect, and why

Your free reading: your email, your first name if you share it, and your birth details (date, time if known, and place, which we turn into coordinates and a timezone). We need these because the reading is computed from the real sky at your birth; without them there is nothing to read. The free reading is one per email address.

Your membership: the same details, plus your subscription status. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, so your card number never touches our servers and we never see it.

Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or renting your data to anyone, ever.

Who helps us run this

A few trusted services process data on our behalf, under their own strict obligations:

Stripe (payments and subscriptions) · Brevo (sending your sign-in links and monthly forecasts by email) · Anthropic (the AI service that turns your chart's astronomical facts into written readings. It receives chart data and your first name, not your email) · Google (an internal spreadsheet our astrologer uses to manage members) · [HOSTING PROVIDER, set at launch] (where the website lives).

How long we keep it

Free-reading details: until you ask us to erase them. Member details and past forecasts: for as long as your membership exists, so your readings stay available to you. Backups are kept for 30 days. When something is deleted, it disappears from backups on the same 30-day schedule.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it (birth time typos happen!), to export it, or to erase it completely. One email to carina@coccolicious.com does it, and erasure removes you and all your readings permanently. If you feel we've handled your data badly, you may complain to your local data protection authority (in Finland: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi).

Exactly one, and it's the boring kind: a sign-in session cookie (cocco_session) that keeps members logged in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the member area to work, contains no tracking, and follows no one around the internet. Because we use no optional cookies at all, there is no cookie consent banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
